Cris

Hello, I am Cris, and I am proud to call the southern region of the Philippines my home. As a licensed professional teacher with a doctorate in business management and Ph.D. units in international education and human development, my teaching journey has been both enriching and diverse. Having served as a public school teacher, I bring a wealth of experience to my vocation.
Teaching, for me, transcends being a mere profession; it is a profound passion and vocation. My mission extends beyond traditional education – I am an advocate for collaborative cultural teaching and learning. In my classroom, students not only grasp the intricacies of the English language but also have the unique opportunity to explore and experience other cultures, even if it is through virtual means. My approach aims to nurture creativity, foster an understanding of cultural diversity, and celebrate the nuances of gender differences.
Together, let us embark on a journey where students build self-esteem and seamlessly integrate English into their daily lives while embracing the richness of global perspectives.

Joy Chen

Hello, I am Joy. I like my kids to call me Tr. Joy, because I enjoy being a teacher.
I used to work in the film industry, traveling for jobs that connected me with people from all around the world. Working in diverse environments was not just challenging, but also incredibly fun—I never grew tired of it.
Teaching is my second career. I made this change because I wanted more time to spend with my daughter. I've been blessed to have jobs that align with my passions and desires. Previously, I met various work crews from different countries; now, I encounter diverse teachers and students from various schools. The most important part is that I now have spare time to pursue my dreams and passions. Never give up on your passion and dreams; happiness follows when you stay committed.
Elizabeth:
ElizabethThis is Elizabeth Wu. You can call me Miss Liz. I’ve lived in Australia for almost 8 years. I have a master degree of education specialized in inclusive and special education of Monash University, Clayton, Victoria, Australia and a bachelor degree of forest science of National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan.
To build a trustworthy learning and teaching environment via the cooperation of parents, students, teachers, and school administers is my teaching philosophy. I believe that there are three essential elements that are conducive to students’ learning. (1) My role as a teacher is to act as a guide and a company. (2) Students must have the accessibility to hands-on activities and be able to have choices to let their curiosity and imagination direct their needs in English learning. (3) Students need to practice skills in a safe environment and have no afraid of taking risks and making mistakes.
It’s an honor for me to join Sanxing English Village in which is aim to generate daily simulation scenarios of English speaking environment that help students establish their own needs in English skills including reading, speaking, listening and writing.
